    Elevated Organizing LLC offers text messages for scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, customer support, follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages.

    By submitting your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Elevated Organizing LLC.

    1. Services

    Elevated Organizing LLC provides home organizing and related services. Services may include, but are not limited to:

    Home organizing

    Decluttering support

    Space planning

    Closet, pantry, kitchen, garage, office, and storage organization

    Move-in or move-out organizing

    Unpacking support

    Product recommendations for organizing supplies

    Donation, disposal, or relocation coordination, when agreed upon

    Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables may be outlined in a separate estimate, invoice, proposal, service agreement, booking confirmation, or written communication.

    These website terms do not replace any project-specific agreement, estimate, invoice, or written scope of work.

    2. Use of Website Content

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, layouts, and other materials, belongs to Elevated Organizing LLC or its content providers.

    You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.

    You may use this website only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or requesting our services.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely communication needed to complete services.

    You agree to:

    Provide accurate contact and service location information

    Give access to the areas where services will be performed

    Be available for decisions when needed

    Identify items that should not be moved, donated, discarded, photographed, or reorganized

    Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, private documents, firearms, and fragile items before service begins

    Disclose any safety concerns, hazards, pests, mold, structural issues, biohazards, or restricted areas

    Keep pets, children, or other household members safely away from active work areas when needed

    Review and approve donation, disposal, or relocation decisions before items leave the property

    Delays in providing access, decisions, supplies, or required information may affect project timelines and costs.

    4. Estimates, Scope, and Changes

    Any estimate provided by Elevated Organizing LLC is based on the information available at the time it is given.

    Final pricing may change if:

    The project scope changes

    Additional rooms or areas are added

    The project requires more time than expected

    The condition of the space differs from what was described

    Additional supplies, travel, disposal, or coordination are needed

    The client requests extra services

    Any major change to the project scope may require a revised estimate, invoice, or written approval.

    5. Payments

    Payment terms will be listed in the applicable invoice, estimate, booking confirmation, service agreement, or written communication.

    Elevated Organizing LLC may require deposits, upfront payment, partial payment, or full payment before services are performed.

    Late payments may delay scheduling or completion of services.

    Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, service fees, supply costs, product purchases, travel fees, disposal fees, or other agreed charges.

    6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Elevated Organizing LLC may charge a cancellation fee, rescheduling fee, or retain a deposit if cancellation occurs within the timeframe stated in the applicable booking confirmation, invoice, estimate, or service agreement.

    If no specific cancellation policy is listed elsewhere, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.

    We may also reschedule services due to weather, illness, safety concerns, access issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.

    7. Organizing Supplies and Product Recommendations

    Elevated Organizing LLC may recommend organizing products such as bins, labels, shelves, containers, drawer dividers, hangers, or other supplies.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for purchasing approved supplies.

    Product recommendations are based on the information available at the time. We do not guarantee product availability, pricing, durability, or suitability beyond the manufacturer’s own terms.

    8. Donations, Disposal, and Removed Items

    Clients remain responsible for all final decisions regarding items to keep, donate, discard, sell, gift, store, or relocate.

    Elevated Organizing LLC will not intentionally remove items from a property without client approval.

    If we assist with donation or disposal coordination, the client is responsible for confirming what items may be removed.

    We do not provide tax, appraisal, valuation, or resale advice. Clients should consult a qualified professional for tax deductions, item value, estate matters, or legal questions related to personal property.

    9. Photos, Videos, and Project Information

    Clients may choose to provide photos, videos, measurements, notes, or other project details to help us understand the space and prepare for services.

    Elevated Organizing LLC may take photos or videos for planning, documentation, or internal reference.

    We will not publicly share identifying photos, videos, names, addresses, or private project details without client permission.

    Before-and-after photos may only be used for marketing, portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes with client approval.

    10. Confidentiality

    We respect the private nature of working inside a client’s home.

    Elevated Organizing LLC will treat client-provided information, household details, personal belongings, documents, photos, and project details with care and confidentiality.

    We will not knowingly disclose confidential client information to third parties except as needed to provide services, process payments, operate our business, comply with law, protect safety, or fulfill agreed service requests.

    11. Client Property and Personal Items

    Elevated Organizing LLC will use reasonable care when handling client property.

    Client understands that organizing services may involve moving, sorting, lifting, stacking, storing, or relocating personal items.

    Clients are responsible for identifying fragile, valuable, sensitive, restricted, or irreplaceable items before service begins.

    Elevated Organizing LLC is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, unstable storage systems, defective furniture, improperly installed fixtures, or damage caused by hidden conditions.

    12. Safety and Service Refusal

    Elevated Organizing LLC may refuse, pause, or stop services if we determine that a space, item, request, or condition creates a safety concern.

    This may include, but is not limited to:

    Mold

    Pests

    Biohazards

    Hoarding conditions beyond agreed scope

    Structural damage

    Unsafe furniture or shelving

    Exposed wiring

    Dangerous materials

    Aggressive animals

    Firearms or weapons

    Illegal items

    Harassment, threats, or unsafe conduct

    If service must stop for safety reasons, client may still be responsible for time, travel, supplies, or other charges already incurred.

    13. No Guarantee of Results

    Elevated Organizing LLC will provide services in a professional and reasonable manner.

    Organizing results depend on the client’s decisions, habits, available space, amount of belongings, household cooperation, budget, and willingness to maintain the systems created.

    We do not guarantee that a space will remain organized after services are completed.

    14. Third-Party Services

    Elevated Organizing LLC may recommend or coordinate with third-party providers, such as donation centers, junk removal companies, movers, cleaning services, handyman services, product suppliers, or storage providers.

    Third-party providers are separate businesses. Elevated Organizing LLC is not responsible for their pricing, availability, actions, delays, damage, policies, or results.

    15. Intellectual Property Rights

    Elevated Organizing LLC retains ownership of its business materials, website content, service processes, checklists, templates, organizing methods, written materials, branding, photos, videos, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or use Elevated Organizing LLC materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

    16. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevated Organizing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

    Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    17. Indemnification

    You agree to hold harmless Elevated Organizing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your breach of these Terms, unsafe conditions at the service location, inaccurate information provided by you, or decisions you make regarding your property.

    19. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
